  • Oversee all aspects of pastry production, ensuring high-quality and innovative creations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and design pastry menus that align with the overall concept and vision of the establishment.˙
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pastry chefs, bakers, and assistants.˙
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation by conducting regular tastings and inspections.
  • Monitor inventory, source cost-effective ingredients, and implement efficient production processes to maximize profitability.
