Executive Director - Technology and Policy (UAE National)Leading and managing human capital management processes and initiatives at the Authority level according to strategic and operational objectives, and ensuring that effective human resources solutions are provided at the management and workforce level. To ensure that human resources policies, procedures and programs enable the Authority to attract, develop and retain the best competencies.? Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for the sector in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the authority system as a whole? Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and objectives of the sector?
