As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger ? together.?Job Purpose:Executive Director - GM products manage a diversified credit investments portfolio, generate risk adjusted return and contribute to GM Products budget while working actively with the Head of Investments. The role entails active involvement in the credit investments process from regular interaction with market participants to idea generation, detailed assessment and successful execution to support overall business plan.Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible in managing a credit portfolio through active asset allocation and implementing credit investment strategy in-line with established guidelines and mandate.
  • Responsible for developing the quantitative process of the credit investment team. The process will provide data backed insights to help ensure that the credit portfolio meet return , volatility and diversification targets. The Quantitative process should include Macro ,Relative Value analysis , markets sentiments and technical factors;
  • Responsible of developing and managing GM portfolios in HY universe including US ,Europe and EM, either directly or trough partnership;
  • Responsible of Developing the alternative credit platform for Global Markets in Private credit and Structured credit;
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative assessment on portfolio, prepare and present detailed credit proposals to functional head and Investment Management Committee to support potential credit investments;
  • Periodically engage with issuers, external fund managers and ratings agencies to remain well informed about key themes, changing market dynamics and available opportunities set across geographies and sub asset class within credit investments;
  • Periodic interaction and active dialogue within Global markets and other functions from coverage to Credit risk, DCM, Finance Control Department, Middle office and Legal & Compliance teams for business related matters;
  • Understanding of both existing and anticipated regulatory changes and trends and its impact on investment strategy;
  • Provide guidance, create an effective partnership and help develop required skillset through on job assigned tasks and training to other team members;
  • Collaborative, highly motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
