The group was founded in the early 1900 with over billion euro turn over supported by successful French management.In fact, the Western management team will be managing the team by applying western system and tools.Selected candidates shall be responsible to greet and assist customers to their tablesManage transactions with customers using cash registersScan goods and ensure pricing is accurateCollect payments whether in cash or creditIssue receipts, refunds, change or ticketsRedeem stamps and couponsResolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant informationGreet customers when entering or leaving the storeMaintain clean and tidy checkout areasProvide excellent customer service to guests?SKILLS REQUIRED:Diploma in High School or any related certification; food safety training is a plusMinimum 1 year of similar work experience in hospitality industry or any stand-alone restaurant/outletExperience from a fine dining restaurant, casual dining or high end bar will be preferredBasic math skills; attentiveness and patience for customersExcellent customer service skills and multi-tasking skillsPassion for providing extraordinary serviceStrong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentActive listening and effective communication skillsMust be upbeat, outgoing and positive
