We are looking for an Estimator who has an experience with Facility ManagementResponsibilitiesbut not limited to:

Procure labor costs, and material costs from within the company vets the price quotations to arrive at competitive labor and material cost to be submitted to management for their perusal and decision.
researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
analyze data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company?s productivity rates)
work closely with key members of the project team (such as the bid manager) and liaising with clients and suppliers
keep detailed records and write reports.
