Estimator* Prepare upon award of the project a summary of the job including cost of labour, material, quantity and quality of the material required strictly as per the specification of the client to ensure that they are as per the prescribed parameters. * Procure labour cost, material cost from within the company, vets the price quotations to arrive at competitive labour and material cost to be submitted to management for their perusal and decision. * Prepare estimates, for the QS, to obtain approval of the client/consultant of the variation in the labour and material cost arising out of change in drawing proposed by the client. * Prepare BOQs from drawing, price and submit to the Estimation manager for approval. * Assist the Estimation Manager in drafting a final report on pre and post completion cost so as to enable the management to assess the profitability on the job. * Review tender document/drawings, scope of works and terms and conditions of technical and maternal specification of all items and work accordingly. * Full analysis if rates and materials (Fixed & Variable) and assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items. * Provide accurate quantity takeoff from drawings for all BOQ items especially for lumpusm offers. Also provide all sort of clarification of post tender queries raised by the Consultant / Client. * Quantification and pricing of interior fit-out work such as including intricate joinery work gypsum, metal and glazing work etc?* Arrange the technical commercial package of tender submission.* Preparing the material quantity for the procurement department based on IFC drawings. * Handling and working in software such as AutoCAD, design review, planSwift and Photoshop. * Review the tender documents for discrepancies, additional / missing BOQ items and incorporating within the tender offer. Liaise with a consultant regarding ambiguities in tender document through tender queries and seek clarification. * Assist to prepare and process interim valuation under the main contract.
