Review completed estimates and continually revise or update them as required to maintain market competitiveness and help realize project profitability.
Prepare cost schedules and pricing workbooks using excel in addition to project planning and understanding profitability analysis for management review.
Implement and maintain an effective estimation process that ensures estimates are aligned with industry standards, company values, and profitability goals.
Continuously analyse and monitor the data and project variations to identify areas of potential cost savings, waste reduction, and profitability.
