Estimate of tenders related to ITS and communication networks
Proven experience in smart city/mobility/internet of things/ITS/ structures and sizing of hardware for control center, preferable in two or more of those areas
Has technical engineering skills to provide compliance statement to vendors and systems providers
Has technical and mathematical skills to provide techno commercial comparison and accordingly select the lowest comply bidder.
