Company Name – Emirates Stallion GroupLocation – GDL, Emirates Stallion Group, ABU DHABI, UAE– A minimum of 5 years UAE experience preferably in landscaping companies– Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders– Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at the same time to meet submission deadlines– Coordinate with other departments and prepare the tender technical requirements (conditions of contract, logistic plan, programs, method statements, HSE manual, QA/QC manual etc.) and ensure compliance with tender specifications– Acquainted with the local market suppliers and subcontractors specialized in landscaping projects such as nurseries, irrigation material, precast factories, stones and porcelain suppliers, and subcontractors specialized in swimming pools, water features, storm water networks, etc.– Preparing the tender packages for all trades and floating RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors as per project BOQ, drawings and specificationsReview quotations and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure compliance with tender specifications.
