Job Description

We are looking for a talented ESG Project Manager to join The One Percent (D1P) Group, based either in the Middle-East or India and open to relocating/travelling based on requirement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage ESG data collection from clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all projects.
  • Lead the preparation and review of high-quality ESG and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and frameworks.
  • Direct the assessment and comprehensive analysis of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data, synthesizing key insights and trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure rigorous data validation processes to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and integrity of information presented in reports.
  • Coordinate and manage collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to streamline ESG data collection and enhance reporting efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental consulting, or closely related fields, with proven project management experience.
  • Senior or managerial experience preferred.
  • Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of ESG regulations, reporting frameworks, and greenhouse gas emissions assessments.
  • Candidates with GRI, GHG, or any other Sustainability/ ESG/ GHG certifications are preferred.
