ERP Software Officer Salary: Up to AED 10,000 based on experienceLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEOur Client is a leader in the production of paperboard packaging for products including Milk, juices, cheese, tomato paste etc, using state of the art technology and materials.Supplying companies (FMCG) across Middle East and North Africa.˙The ERP Software Officer is responsible for development and ensuring secure performance of company software systems (ERP, WEB application, CRM, WMS, MES, etc.) by maintaining their functionality and data, managing links between databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) of different software (through exchange tables), managing user functionalities and reporting, development and testing new systems.˙Responsibilities? Develop in house and provide technical support for ERP, WEB applications, CRM, WMS, MES and other factory applications.? Handle ERP integration and smooth data exchange with systems like MES (manufacturing execution system) and WMS (warehouse management system).? Develop and handle reports (using BI tools, Power BI) from raw data generated by all applications, develop new reports according to business need. Exchange data with database.? Maintain and modify existing software systems.? Provide technical support and required trainings to users including procedural documentation development and managing user access to the software˙
