Job Description

Equipment / Push back operator - Etihad Engineering Equipment / Push back operator - Etihad Engineering Location: Abu Dhabi, AE #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }SynopsisResponsible to maintain for the safe and effective ground movement and operation onAircraft towing and equipment support. The role holder must ensure that adheres to the mandatory requirements set by the MRO and should be licensed to perform this activity.Accountabilities

  • Towing all types of A/C from & to EYEng facility including aircraft movements and activity on the airport apron.
  • Conduct operational inspection of tow tug /tow bar and support equipment before every use to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow up with all supports required for hangar inputs and repositioning of docking, ground support equipment.
  • Identify equipment , docking & steps required for each type of A/C and ensure that the docking plan is implemented in a safe manner which allows a lean working environment
  • Ensure safety and careful practices and operation while towing, positioning aircraft ,GSE equipment ,A/C docking and step
  • Achieve requirement for towing and ground safety in safest way & optimum time
Education & Experience
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Aircraft towing permit/licenses & UAE driving licenses
  • 5 years of experience in similar environment
