Job Description

Reporting in to the Equipment Controller Supervisor, the Equipment Controller position will be responsible in assisting with the Asset files and data management of all technical documentation,certification and information relating to the companys equipment. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is processed and archived to a high standard to allow for implementation of standardized documentation within UAE.Some of the Key tasks of the role will be:

  • To manage day to day Asset certification in line with Project requirements.
  • To maintain and control all Equipment calibration in line with business procedures.
  • To update and control all Assets certification within System and file all electronic documents.
  • To complete offshore Visits and complete asset inspections with third party inspectors.
  • To ensure output meets project quality standards.
  • To enforce health and safety procedures.
We are looking for a Bachelors degree in business administration with a minimum of 5-6 years total working experience in Operations Role with 3+ years in energy / oil & gas industry. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and ability to use business support software. Domestic, remote and overseas travel is required.
