Job Description

Position Title: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) LeadJob code - JPC: 3576Experience - 5+ yearsLocation: Abu DhabiLanguage: Excellent in EnglishEducation: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; Masters degree preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementation and administration, with expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and PCM.
    • Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
    • Oracle Cloud EPM certification(s) preferred.
