Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Enterprise Architecture (EA) Operational Lead to spearhead the operational aspects of our EA function.In this critical leadership role,you will leverage your expertise in TOGAF and LeanIX to drive strategic decision-making,govern architectural activities,and ensure alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives.You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Charge:Establish and guide the operational framework for our EA practice,defining processes,methodologies,and best practices to ensure architectural excellence aligns with business goals.
  • Bridging the Gap:Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization,from business leaders to IT executives and technical teams,to translate business needs into actionable architectural initiatives.
  • Charting the Course:Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmap that reflects business aspirations,IT strategies,and industry best practices.Drive the execution of these initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Setting the Standards:Implement robust governance processes for architectural decision-making,ensuring compliance with established standards,policies,and guidelines.
  • Building the Foundation:Champion the development and ongoing maintenance of key architectural artifacts,including principles,standards,models,and documentation,to inform decision-making and foster seamless communication.
  • Empowering Your Team:Provide leadership and guidance to your team,cultivating a collaborative and innovative environment that prioritizes continuous improvement and talent development.
  • Ensuring Alignment:Partner with project teams throughout the lifecycle to provide architectural oversight,guaranteeing adherence to established principles and standards.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a proven track record of success in driving business value through architecture.
  • Certified in TOGAF or a similar recognized enterprise architecture framework.
  • Certified in the LeanIX enterprise architecture tool.
  • Proven experience leading architecture review boards and guiding architectural decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce architectural principles during technology selection and value realization initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication,presentation,and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
