Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Enterprise Architecture Lead to champion the evolution and strategic direction of our EA practice.Leveraging your TOGAF certification and proficiency in the LeanIX tool,you will lead a team of architects by establishing clear standards,driving innovation,and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Provide visionary leadership for the EA practice,establishing a robust framework,standards,and operations to guide architectural excellence across the organization.
  • Bridging the Gap:Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders,including business leaders,IT executives,and technical teams,to translate business needs into actionable architectural strategies and roadmaps.
  • Building the Foundation:Champion the development and ongoing maintenance of key architectural artifacts,including principles,standards,models,and documentation,to inform decision-making and facilitate communication.
  • Governance Champion:Lead the Architecture Review Board,ensuring compliance with established standards,policies,and fostering a culture of robust architectural decision-making.
  • Solution Architect:Participate in and lead solution selection,implementation,and ongoing architecture enhancements,ensuring optimal alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Driving Value:Champion the use of EA principles in technology selection and value realization initiatives,ensuring alignment with the overall architecture roadmap and maximizing return on investment.
  • Team Catalyst:Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the EA team,providing mentorship,coaching,and opportunities for professional development.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a proven track record of success in leading and transforming IT landscapes.
  • Certified in TOGAF or a similar recognized enterprise architecture framework.
  • Certified in the LeanIX enterprise architecture tool.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Architecture Review Boards and establishing robust EA governance practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and enforce architectural principles during technology selection,value realization,and solution architecture processes.
  • Experience leading and developing comprehensive architectural artifacts,including principles,standards,models,and documentation.
  • Excellent communication,presentation,and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
