Job Description

Job PurposePerform tubular operation effectively and efficiently to ensure tubular KPIs are met and enhance the integrity of drill string in operation and minimize rig NPTJob Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)    Involve in preparing drill string specifications, procurement process, technical and commercial evaluation, yearly budgeting, tubular inspection at manufacturing plants by appointing third party inspection, review TPI reports.     Prepare scope of specification for tubular, fishing tools, handling tools, BOPs rams.    Assist DTML/O for the smooth operations in providing necessary drill string technical data requested by operation, follow up the critical well control items and tubular urgent requirement.    Support all Rigs including drill string movement to various service providers.    Conduct pre-qualification of tubular service providers & joint auditing by OPCOs to ensure capability and compliance with international standard.    Establish tubular maintenance program according to NDC Tubular Quality Management Manual.    Liaise and monitor the service companies tubular inspection and repair.    Participate with Investigation Team for drill string abnormal failure, major drilling equipment down time to find out sequence of events, root causes, examine existing procedures, and give recommendation for short & long-term solution.    Produce tubular benchmarking performance report annually and highlight type & cause of failure.    Assist in preparing yearly budget and 5-year business plan for tubular and handling tools based on contractual agreement with client.    Assist in processing write-off scrapped tubular & other drill string equipment.     Conduct frequent auditing to ensure all service providers are compliance with terms & conditions of contracts and providing high quality service.    Maintain drill string pooling in tubular yard, and mobilizes upon request by operation.    Support drill string rental contract through sub-contractor in order to support client operation.    Propose recommendations for any problems related drilling operations and drilling equipment and assist in technology or procedure aspect of preparing amendments to contracts as required by clients.    Facilitate receiving new tubular acceptance.     Maintain all tubular monthly stock reports of each Rigs, NDC bases and service providers.Job preparation of the Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.     Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures    Implement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Sections work programs in line with Company and International standards.    Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.Performance Management    Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section in line with the Company Performance framework.Innovation and Continuous Improvement    Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of   operational processes.    Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability    Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of PracticesReports    Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress
