Job Description

? Prepare achievable weekly Integrated Maintenance programme in consultation with all MaintenanceTrades, Production and Support Departments for implementation, taking into account the variousconstraints.? Coordinates I Receives the Yearly static equipment plans for Vessels/PSVs inspection etc., from FIPInspection engineers, and plans Ischedule through weekly coordination meetings, based on themanpower Iresources availability.? Works closely with the Maintenance and Production team to support effective planning for shutdownsand special projects. Develops the overall master plan for maintenance-related activities and issuesquarterly, monthly and weekly look ahead plans for implementation.? Follow-up on a regular basis, the correct implementation of the maintenance plans and flag concernswell in advance and update the Maintenance, Production and Sr. Planning Engineer accordingly.? Prepares for the Site Weekly Meeting the current maintenance and inspection performance, highlightsthe main issues and concerns and updates the MOM.? Attending daily PTW meeting to resolve, support and update any maintenance planning issuesaffecting day to day maintenance and operation.? Develops and maintains a current backlog summary of maintenance repairs, Preventive Maintenance,Predictive Maintenance and inspections due. Monitors and evaluates the level of backlog. Reportson monthly basis to Line Managers for necessary mitigations.? Maintains list of pending Site work orders (opportunity based) that requires Plant! Units or Equipmentshutdown and inform the respective trades to carry them out during any shutdown opportunity.? Supports the scheduling Predictive maintenance (PdM) technology application such as oilanalysis/infrared etc. and planning of maintenance repairs to correct deficiencies found during boththe PM and PdM inspections. Coordinates the introduction of all new PdM technologies to theoperation with the support of Reliability & Data Management Department.? Ensures proper collection and completion of maintenance documentation and inputs are appropriate(from work orders, requisitions, etc.) into the MAXIMO, to assist analysis and the future scheduling ofwork.? Responsible for supporting and implementation of a future computerized maintenance managementsystem (CMMS) as a prime internal technical resource. Coordinates the development andmaintenance of databases for equipment history, work orders, and PM.? Studies and analyzes the maintenance works and establish priorities for capital and majormaintenance jobs. Sets up executive Action Plan for all maintenance, Inspection work including spareparts requirements, as necessary.? Follow-up completing of maintenance procedures, development / implementation of PM and routinemaintenance programs, spares linking and documentation in line with policies and procedures.? Monitor the content of status reports from the project teams, analyse results and troubleshoot problemareas. Define project success criteria with Offshore site operations and disseminate them to involvedparties throughout project life cycle.? Manage and co-ordinate internal/inter Departmental meetings to discuss / plan activities sequence,monitor planned and scheduled deliverables and ensure timely progress/monitoring. Track, identifyand manage project dependencies and critical path for compliance to ind ividual milestones anddeliverables.? Serves as focal pOint for Maintenance Management System reference and implementation.? Ensures proper follow-up and monitor the progress of UAE national graduates career development inline with company policy.? Deliver client tasks as per Sr. Planning Engineer or UZ Site Requirements.
