Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated UAE National to join an Emiratisation project in a leading organization based in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on advanced IT infrastructure projects, driving innovation and supporting the organization?s technological growth.Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud solutions. Key tasks involve managing Office 365 environments, ensuring high performance and data security, troubleshooting network issues, and optimizing resources to enhance scalability and reliability.The role also covers:

  • Managing data centers, storage, and backup solutions.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring uptime through proactive maintenance and updates.
  • Developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement automation and process optimization.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for network security.
  • Leading small IT-for-IT projects and providing technical guidance on infrastructure proposals.
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor?s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science (Master?s preferred).
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Office 365.
  • A minimum of 4 years? experience in IT infrastructure or a similar field.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft server technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM), virtualization, and cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of COBIT or ITIL frameworks, network security, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
