JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the sourcing process, receiving, scheduling installation service and managing the disposal of all C-store equipment and assets. Play the Role of the focal point of the C-store Assets when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.Working close with the Category Managers and project teams to understand and define the requirements, plan, manage and implement relevant c-store asset across various c-store formats.Job Specific Accountabilities Asset Sourcing ? Planning the Asset strategy in line to project and format scope with business needs.? Manage the asset procurement cycle as convenience store focal point in line with project and business needs and company process.? Facilitate the asset implementation on the project level from purchase order to commissioning as per business needs.Maintenance of Assets? Planning and supervision of asset maintenance strategy to maximize the value for the business? Facilitate the handover from supplier (warranty) to clients maintenance team.? Manage the C-store Equipment maintenance activities and requests with procurement, suppliers, clients maintenance and Business stake holdersDisposing and scraping management? Planning the asset disposing and scraping with company procedures and assets lifecycle.? Managing the C-store Asset database.Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification? Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills? 6 years of experience with at least 5 years in asset management within the retail sector or in a similar environment.? Multi-functional project management experience.? Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.? Innovative and conceptual thinking? Highly skilled in aligning goals with strategic direction
