Position: Consultant – Emergency Medicine Specialist - Emergency MedicineRequirements:✅ Board Certified / Specialist Qualification in Emergency Medicine✅ Minimum 3–5 years post-specialization experience✅ HAAD / DOH license or eligibility preferred✅ Strong clinical expertise in managing acute and emergency cases? Emergency Medicine Consultant – Key SkillsAcute & Critical Care: Expertise in rapid assessment, stabilization, and management of life-threatening conditions.Trauma Management: Skilled in handling multi-system trauma, resuscitation, and emergency procedures.Advanced Clinical Procedures: Intubation, central line insertion, chest tube placement, suturing, and emergency ultrasound.Decision-Making Under Pressure: Ability to make accurate, high-stakes clinical decisions in fast-paced environments.Patient & Family Communication: Delivering clear, compassionate communication during emergencies.Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborating with ICU, surgery, cardiology, radiology, and nursing teams.Leadership & Training: Supervising junior doctors, residents, and emergency staff; leading resuscitation teams.Regulatory Compliance: Familiar with DOH/HAAD, DHA, and JCIA standards in emergency care.Technology & Systems: Proficient in EMR/EHR systems, triage protocols, and emergency department workflows.Continuous Improvement: Commitment to CME, evidence-based practice, and quality patient outcomes.Offer:?
