As a System Specialist, you will maintain the student information systems such as Banner, Salesforce and also reporting using Argos.Client DetailsA leading institution in Abu Dhabi.DescriptionResponsible for the upkeep of the current banner implementation and Applying patches and updates to ensure the smooth operation of databases and applications.Manage upgrade processes, including general updates and security patches, identify and troubleshoot ongoing technical issues and perform installations of new software.Provide support on both technical and functional aspects.Address reporting needs, including creating new reports, enhancing existing ones and creating alerts using Argos.Offer assistance for CRM system, in addition to other responsibilities.Utilize APIs from Banner and Salesforce to establish connections with other business applications.Understand API functionality, usage, and scripting to leverage databases and applications effectively.ProfileHands-on experience with Ellucian Banner, Salesforce CRM and Argos. A combination of Banner along with experience with one of the other can be looked at.If no hands-on Salesforce experience, then Dynamics 365 experience can be considered.PL/SQL and .NET, ASP.NET coding developments tools experience.Knowledge of integration tools - must know how Banner API works, how to find it, and utilise them in databases and applications.Middleware experience is advantageous like Dell BOOMI, Microsoft Biztalk etc.Job OfferAn exciting opportunity to take ownership over a range of applications.
