Responsibilities

Prepare the monthly schedule for the PPM
Ensuring completion of PPM service
Random inspection and reporting by supervisor monthly.
Reviewing the PPM reports in weekly basis and recorded in the server.
Reviewing the time sheet for the team and recorded in server.
Reviewing the breakdown attended and reconfirm the efficiency of the rectification performed.
Attending the joint inspection with new product team for FMC as per the requested date.
Submitting the report for the maintenance inspection by the next day Maximum of inspection.
Attending the site survey for the new inquiry maintenance and repair works
Ensuring the availability of the technical documents & drawing required for the new AMC.
Trying to get new inquiry for the maintenance department.
