  • Responsible for all Electrical & Controls breakdowns in his area of responsibility.
  • Check equipment and maintain to basic condition.
  • Ensure Electrical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE).
  • Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for all continuous improvement activities.
  • Adhere to Corrective, Preventive, Scheduled Maintenance and Kanban system,
  • Ensure proper handling of chemical products.
  • Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
  • Ensure GMP and 5S compliance within the workplace.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
  • Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines, through effective presence in the line.
  • Analyze and report any anomalies, complete notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM system and confirm orders
  • Reports faults and identifies requirement for overhauls, PM plan and spares
  • Develop lesson plans for major trouble shooting cases using RCA
  • Support to talk with OEM for spare and critical issues,
  • Supports maintenance and troubleshooting, multiskilled expertise, MHE, HV, LV, Automation, projects, motors etc.
Academic Background2-year Diploma in Electrical Technology or any relevant certificateDesirable requirements
  • Expert Knowledge of electrical controls, power circuit, Automation circuit, etc.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance of equipment in Food / FMCG industry.
  • Moderate expertise in trouble shooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic system of machine, equipment etc.
  • Professional Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations in the country.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, electricals drawings, Pneumatic drawings, Hydraulics circuit etc.
  • Experience of Asset Management in Food / FMCG Industry.
  • Knowledge on Food technology & Food safety.
  • Efficient communication within team, supplier and stake holders,
  • Ability to perform task, troubleshooting and support in other areas,
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Microsoft - word, excel and Power point,
  • Perform PDCA, RCA, 5s
