Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for an electro-mechanical company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br />- Oversee the successful execution and completion of electro-mechanical projects related to electric transmission and distribution.<br />- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial objectives.<br />- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.<br />- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.<br />- Conduct regular project progress meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns that arise.<br />- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.<br />- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.<br />- Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the project, promoting adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.<br />- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve project objectives.<br />- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including financial analysis, milestone achievements, and lessons learned.<br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.<br />- Preferably holds an ADDC/AADC competency certificate.<br />- A minimum of 10 years of experience in electric transmission and distribution projects, with a strong track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.<br />- Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards related to transmission and distribution systems.<br />- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.<br />- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE.<br />- Proficient in project management software and tools.<br /><br />Benefits?Competitive Salary as per market standards + Benefits?<br /><br />
