Job Description

The Line Cook position at our esteemed establishment in Abu Dhabi offers an exciting opportunity for culinary enthusiasts to showcase their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a vital member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurants standards and delight our guests.   1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
  2. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  4. Assist in the inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies.
  5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  7. Participate in menu planning and development, providing input based on seasonal ingredients.
  8. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
  9. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
  10. Assist in special events and catering services as required.
