Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with expertise in Traffic Signals to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in traffic signal infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of electricians and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in traffic signal infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Plan and schedule work assignments, allocate resources, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and completion.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and ensure that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and other relevant information, and prepare reports as required.
