EASTERN EUROPEAN LADY for ReceptionWe are looking for an Eastern European Lady to join our Reception Team!JOB OVERVIEW:We are a newly-established sports facility that caters indoor padel tennis to everyone especially the sports enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi! Soon to open our doors in April, we want you to join our team and experience a new, fun, and exciting vibe of the fastest-growing sport in the UAE where you work n play at the same time. Boasting of our own in-house coffee shop, retail store, and beautifully designed bath and changing rooms, our clients will have the best go-to hub in the capital. We cant wait for you to share this experience with us!RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service across all forms of communication - in-person, telephone, email, chat,
  • Excellent skills introducing and up-selling club services, memberships, retail products, etc.
  • Professional demeanor and behavior in all aspects of work
  • A very good team player and work harmoniously with colleagues
  • Ability to become an asset and add value to the team
  • Willing to work for extended hours if the situation calls for it
  • Skilled or highly trainable using POS software, POS machine, and other operating/CRM systems
  • Can do administrative work as well and flexible to learn all other adhoc tasks
  • Experience in the fitness industry is an advantage but not a requirement
  • CAN JOIN EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2022
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:No less than 3 years experience in a similar roleCOMPENSATION:No less than AED 3,500 - AED 4,000
