The traineeship duration is 6 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:The purpose of the role is to support the surface pressure control business by having an independent assessment & analysis to help management make the right business decisions. * Support the finance team in improving the cash Key performance indicators * Strong cross-functional collaboration is required to ensure the information is provided accurately & timely * Responsible for variance analysis for Orders & cash forecast vs plan * Identify risks & opportunities & develop mitigation plans accordingly * Manage orders & cash dashboard for the business in sync with IT teamFuel your passionTo be successful in this traineeship you will:* Have recently graduated with a bachelors degree from an accredited university in UAE * Graduated from your bachelors degree within the last 12 months. * Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 * Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills * Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge * Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
