Job Description

Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.To be responsible for leading the management of environmental and social (E&S) studies for Projects, and providing supporting services for compliance and performance aspects during Guzar project delivery and asset managementQualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, Biology, Social Sciences, or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in the E&S field including 3 years of experience in Internationally FundedProjects in emerging markets (WB/IFC, EBRD, ADB) or equivalent experience
  • Experience working as a consultant and/or at the client or lender side
  • Work experience in the renewable energy sector is an asset
