Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and instrumentation issues, utilizing appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment.
Identify and replace faulty electrical and instrumentation components, such as motors, circuit breakers, transmitters, sensors, and control valves.
Interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to determine proper installation and maintenance procedures.
Calibrate and adjust instrumentation devices, including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while working on electrical and instrumentation systems, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to plan and execute maintenance and repair activities efficiently.
Document all maintenance and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other designated tools.
Stay updated with advancements in electrical and instrumentation technologies and participate in training programs as necessary.
