Role Purpose:The incumbent is responsible for driving & operating light equipment?s like Vans, Light Tipper and Pick Up with Crane in a safe and effective manner as per organization standards.Accountabilities:?Transport of technicians or other employees through the sites for maintenance and assisting purchase for the department?Ensure that the high visibility is always worn in vehicle movement areas?Check the condition of the vehicle prior to commencing service?Carry out inspections on a regular basis throughout the working hours?Ensure that any defect in the vehicle or equipment is reported as soon as possible to the right person?Comply with company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures and relevant regulations?Ensure that all safety accidents/incidents are reported using the company?s reporting procedure?Ensure a full understanding of emergency and evacuation plans?Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in good shape always
