Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for an electro-mechanical company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Draughtsman specialized in Electrical transmission and distribution projects.˙The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working on projects related to DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority), ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company), or AADC (Al Ain Distribution Company).<br />˙<br />Responsibilities:<br /><br />- Create accurate and detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts for electric transmission and distribution projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.<br />- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.<br />- Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and components related to electric transmission and distribution projects.<br />- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in electric transmission and distribution to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.<br />- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely exchange of technical information and resolve any design-related issues.<br />- Conduct regular quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.<br />- Implement quality control procedures to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies in drawings.<br />˙<br /><br /><br />Requirements- Minimum of 5 years ˙experience as a Draughtsman in electric transmission and distribution projects.<br />- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.<br />- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.<br />- Familiarity with DEWA, ADDC, or AADC standards and regulations is highly preferred.<br />- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.<br />- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.<br />˙<br /><br /><br />BenefitsSalary and Benefits.<br /><br /><br />
