Job Description

Draftsman position in Dubai, UAE, is a crucial role within the construction and building industry. This position requires a skilled individual who can create detailed technical drawings and plans that guide the construction process. The Draftsman will work closely with engineers, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into precise drawings.Responsibilities:

  1. Create detailed architectural / Civil & engineering drawings using CAD software.
  2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop shop drawings.
  3. Review and modify designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  5. Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting technology.
  7. Coordination Drawings.
  8. Structure Drawing (Detailed + BBS)
  9. Project Demarcation Points.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design.
  6. Knowledge of construction materials and methodologies.
  7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  9. Professional certification in drafting or related field is preferred.
