<b>Domain Activation Lead<br /></b><br />The Domain Activation Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading the activation of the data programs of the various domains within Abu Dhabi covering data strategy, data management operating model and governance, data architecture and catalogue, data platform and data analytics<br /><br /><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />Manage and coordinate everything related to sectors and domain activation<br />Provide direction and guidance to domain activation managers<br />Oversee the definition of domain activation plan including all involved stakeholders such as sector entities, professional services providers, technology providers and Data team<br />Manage and oversee the development and execution of the domain activation blueprint including artifacts and templates<br />Oversee the activation of the data programs of the domains covering data strategy, data management operating model and governance, data architecture, data model and catalogue, etc.<br />Oversee the implementation of the data programs of the domains covering data collection, curation and publishing, data analytics use case implementation and data platform implementation<br />Resolve any issues or risks related to the domain activation efforts<br />Define quality assurance checklist on delivery of the domain activation program in alignment with standards, requirements and specifications<br />Oversee the maintenance of a library of knowledge assets related to domain activation efforts that are typically generated from the execution of these programs<br />Identify lessons learned and maintain as part of the knowledge base of the based on the efforts<br />Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert on matters relating to domain activation<br />Manage, coach, and mentor team members while providing specific, timely, and constructive performance feedback<br /><br /><br />Requirements<b>Qualification & Skills</b><br />More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the data sector<br />Bachelors or Graduates Degree in Data Science, Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field<br />Experience with the data platforms and tools<br />Prior experience with Public Sector and/or Government Relationship Management is preferred<br />Strong value realization, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management skills<br /><br /><br />
