Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through a range of digital channels including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, and display advertising.<br /><br />- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search, and display advertising<br />- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, and YouTube<br />- Manage email campaigns including the creation of email templates, list management, and automation<br />- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends<br />- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report on key metrics<br />- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels<br />- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives<br />- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices<br /><br />Requirements<br />- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing<br />- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns<br />- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<br />- Experience working in the Hospitality or Retail sector is preferred<br />-˙Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital marketing tools, as well as CRM systems<br />- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.<br />-˙Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement<br />- Fluent written & verbal communication in English, Arabic is a plus.˙<br /><br />Benefits<br />Attractive salary + Benefits.˙<br />
