We?re looking for someone with best-in-class communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated experience leading the marketing function at a rapidly scaling organization with a strong brand identity.Responsibilities:Produce artwork for campaigns, challenges, charity events, brand collaborations - partnerships. (Email CRM, Marketing, Social Media).Design PR materials, advertising, and other hard copy print for studio marketing collateral.Take ownership of social projects & content from concept through production.Stay up to date with the latest social media: best practices, algorithms, and technologies.Create and drive performance marketing metrics.Design and improve marketing campaigns for each aspect of the business.Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.Collaboration with influencers/bloggers for business exposure.Creative company branding for employees: Email signatures & promotional content.Plan & execute photoshoots with trainers/ clients for company promotional content.Animation in Final Cut Pro software for Social channels.Editing video & photo content for social channels.Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all deliverables for digital platforms.Consistent market and creative research to bring creative innovation to the business.Design & Co-design Barry?s branded Retail collections.Keep a pulse on revenue reports, paid digital strategies, and other components of the marketing program to ensure success within our target demographic.
