Black & Grey HR is currently representing a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a Digital Content Management Executive˙who will be responsible for overseeing the overall functionality of the website, implementing SEO best practices, and enhancing the user experience to bolster the online presence and engagement.<br /><br />Content Management:<br />- Supervise the creation, editing, and updating of website content to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.<br />- Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives user conversions.<br /><br />Web Development & Design:<br />- Lead and manage web development and design projects, ensuring that website functionality and aesthetics meet company standards.<br />- Ensure timely updates and modifications in line with business requirements.<br /><br />SEO & Analytics:<br />- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.<br />- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and search engine ranking.<br />- Analyze web traffic and user behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.<br /><br />User Experience:<br />- Ensure the website design provides a user-friendly experience across various devices and browsers, maintaining alignment with the companys brand image.<br />- Collect user feedback regularly and make iterative improvements.<br />- Test and optimize design elements to enhance user engagement.<br /><br />E-commerce & Product Management:<br />- Oversee all e-commerce activities, ensuring a smooth transaction process for users where applicable.<br />- Lead the launch of new website features and ensure their proper functionality.<br /><br />Technical Expertise:<br />- Address technical issues, ensuring the websites optimal performance and security in collaboration with the IT team.<br />- Ensure the website is consistently available and operational.<br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields is required.<br />- At least 4+ years of experience in digital content management and website operations, with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the UAE.<br />- Proven track record in managing high-traffic websites and creating engaging content.<br />- Expertise in Drupal and Sitefinity CMS platforms.<br />- Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and resolving web platform issues.<br />- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.<br />- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla.<br />- Good knowledge of web design principles and tools, including HTML, CSS, and Adobe Suite.<br /><br />If you meet the requirements and are interested in the role, apply now for immediate consideration!<br /><br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive salary package<br /><br /><br />
