Job description:

Ability to work with problem claims & denials experience.
Knowledgeable in CPT codes and diagnosis codes in all dental specialties.
Obtaining approvals for dental procedures (General & Specialist)
Ensure completeness of patient files in accordance with JAWDA and DOH requirements.
Knowledge in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
Assisting with invoicing for insurance processing and billing.
Communicate and follow up with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation, and other requirements.
Maintain and update records related to pre-approvals and reconciliation.
Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly report and documentation.
Work cooperatively with other Clinic & Admin staff in a positive team approach.
Creating & Generating Weekly Reports based on Doctors Productivity.
