Job Description

Position SummaryProvides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customer?s purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions.Key responsibilities Area:

  • Provides services to customers for employment visa and residency for domestic helper.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with approved service indicators.
  • Actively participate in the development of the service delivery process and propose new solutions for the development of services.
  • Compliance with performance indicators set by the ministry
  • Follow-up printing transactions in accordance with the procedure guide.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the work
  • Any other tasks assigned to them by the relevant tools in accordance with his functional functions.
