Data Analyst (Revenue Management) Data Analyst (Revenue Management) Location: Abu Dhabi, AE #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }SynopsisEnsure quality assurance of input and output data from Revenue Management Systems, maintain reference data of various systems, perform business system configuration tasks periodically and monitor the health state of the system using control check reports.Work on analytical tools in preventing revenue dilutions and improve quality of revenue. Develop, design and maintain performance metrics across all the system of Solutions and Innovations.AccountabilitiesSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES? Perform business user acceptance testing on new versions of Revenue Integrity, Sabre Sonic Inventory, PROS OD and Groups Sales Optimizer and other systems of Solutions and Innovations.? Maintain reference data and define configurations of critical systems of RM Solutions and Innovations for effective system administration.? Document and maintain standard operating procedures across all RM Solutions and Innovation tools.? Manage the system configurations work related to new destinations, new frequencies, changes in time of the day and new code shares and expansion of existing codeshares.? Perform control check tasks periodically ? daily/weekly/monthly based on process document and control checks.? Raise support trackers with the respective vendors on the observed issues based on the control checks. Create action plans, and make quick decisions rectifying issues.? Conduct weekly support calls with respective vendors on the performance of the issues.? Monitor the health state of RM systems related to business functionality using control check reports and escalate issues and solutions as appropriate.? Monitor the revenue benefits of the tools developed internally and provide monthly reports on revenue improvements and actionable insights.? Development of RI Business Process to identify and cancel PNR for inventory violations and spoilage.? Monitor the Inventory Violation reports and identify trends in inventory abuse either for system enhancements or raising Agent Debit Memos (ADM) through Revenue Accounting team.? Develop and Automate the control checks reports and performance dashboards using SQL, R, Python and POWER-BIEducation & ExperienceEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or Business Administration.? 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management Systems or Business Intelligence or equivalent work experience.? Experience within the aviation industry in the areas of Revenue Management, Reservations and Sales would be preferred.?
