Job Description

Job Summary:˙The position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our program.˙The individual will be responsible for developing reporting˙templates, analyzing, and validating data, preparing insightful reports and presentations, managing a central email and responding to queries, communicating with relevant stakeholders, providing training on software used, providing recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program and performing admin tasks as required (booking meetings, etc.).˙The role is for support services for the education sector and works with different time zones a), thus flexibility of hours is necessary.˙Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Systematically identify and collect relevant data from internal databases, organizational systems, external vendor platforms, and client data sources.˙
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and audits, addressing errors promptly.˙
  • Efficiently store and organize data using appropriate tools and technologies, ensuring security and accessibility.˙
  • Effectively collaborate with the project team to identify data requirements, leverage data to support project operations, and align data management practices with project goals.˙
  • Maintain accurate and complete databases for easy accessibility in project-related activities.˙
  • Cooperate closely with team members to ensure consistency in data management practices and provide support as needed.˙
  • Play a pivotal role in maintaining data systems, spearheading the development and implementation of data-driven processes.˙
  • Record and track client deliverables in a master data record to align with the projects delivery plan.˙
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.˙
  • Manage systems and educational platforms, providing necessary support to team members.˙
Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate insights into program and reporting enhancements.˙
  • Provide recommendations for program improvements based on data and feedback.˙
Team Support:
  • Support the team with training on relevant software, report submissions, and other˙
  • Provide all relevant documents to team members in a timely fashion.˙
  • Complete administrative tasks related to the project.˙
  • Monitor and respond to dedicated email and WhatsApp group˙
  • Conduct research and create proposals for various project bidding activities.˙
  • Create presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders, enhancing communication and transparency.˙
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure reporting compliance with program guidelines and policies.˙
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of team profiles, milestones, and achievements.˙
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.˙
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline communication and ensure a cohesive support system for scholarship recipients.˙
  • Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on program analytics and discuss potential improvements.˙
