Implement, configure and administer security tools and solutions to address the threat landscape,
Provide support for systems including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web and Email Content filtering,
Access Control Systems, EDR and Data Leakage Prevention tools,
Deploy and Administer Proxy/Reverse Proxy technologies/tools/solutions to ensure appropriate security network and systems.
Administer the Centralized Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM), (Open Source Solutions)
Evaluate and co-ordinate the installation of security patches and related verification and reporting processes,
Maintain the remote access solutions/architecture to assure existing standards,
Administer the Dual factor authentication solution and token life cycle management,
Monitor and respond to all security events/logs of all relevant systems and devices,
Deploy and administer solutions and other relevant technologies for the secure transmission of data,
Install and Manage any other security solutions and tools as necessary and relevant,
Assist the Cyber Security team in conducting security risk assessment/impact assessments,
Promote safety and security policies to ensure a safe and secure workplace for all staff, data and systems.
Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
