  • Help develop strategy, vision, and concepts, design direction, and provide hands-on guidance to both internal and external teams in order to generate ideas around innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design.
  • Partner with internal brand teams on new business initiatives and work as the creative lead on campaigns with the help of junior designers within the team for a streamline solution across platforms.
  • Manage the design and production of all marketing assets meant for online and offline communication channels. e.g., web banners, SoMe posts, email marketing layouts, print ads, brochures, presentations etc.
  • Responsible for approval of promotional gifts ideas and merchandising.
  • Support the rest of the marketing team throughout the execution of projects..
