Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking a motivated Officer ? Operations fluent in French and English to join our team at VFS Global. The ideal candidate will facilitate the visa application process and manage both front-office and back-office operations at our Visa Application Centre (VAC). If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and collect visa applications and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer queries in person, via email, or over the phone.
  • Handle cash and banking transactions with 100% accuracy (if assigned).
  • Accurately input and maintain application data in the system.
  • Manage the logistics of passport delivery to applicants or consulates.
  • Promote and deliver Value Added Services to applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and maintain process accuracy.
  • Collect feedback from applicants to enhance the overall customer experience.
