Coordinator / Voice-Mobile Services & Interconnections Experience ? 4 ? 6 years of experience in a similar capacity with a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering/Telecommunications Coordinate with customers and partners for establishing new interconnections and exchange necessary forms to activate relevant services (Voice, Mobile and Satellite) Prepare necessary technical documentations & HLDs wherever required Work closely with Engineering and other relevant sections, internal & external, for the implementation of Voice-Mobile and Satellite services & links Assists the team in the defining and implementing operational requirements for Voice-Mobile & Satellite services Maintains and updates various database and generates reports as and when required Support in preparing BRDs for new business requirements, automation, forecast, management reports etc. Coordinate with International Partner and Satellite Provider to activate the agreed allocated Satellite capacity following the contractual agreement. Monitor the performance of the allocated capacity, highlight expansion requirements, attend faults and complaints to ensure service availability. Coordinate with satellite owners for satellite capacity availability and highlight Satellite capacity retirement/technology evolution whenever it is applicable. To coordinate with the customers, satellite owners, Earth station for satellite activates such as Teleport hosting, Broadcast services and VSAT Services.
