We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at a leading Project Management Consultancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities:- Negotiate, review, and manage all contracts, subcontracts, and other legal agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to streamline operations and minimize risk.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal counsel, and finance team, to ensure alignment and compliance with contract requirements.- Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.- Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and mitigate potential disputes.- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including claims, change orders, and dispute resolution.- Stay up to date of industry best practices, legal requirements, and market trends to inform and update contract management strategies.
