This is an opportunity for a strong common law commercial associate with 3-6 PQE and regional experience to join our clients legal team as a Contracts Manager. This role will support with all Groups contracts and contractual administrative requirements to follow best practice.Client DetailsOur client is a leading industrial service provider owned by a prominent investment company. This role with be situated in the in-house Legal and Governance team, responsible for all aspects of legal matters across the group of companies.DescriptionDraft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including MRO contracts, lending and financing agreements, project documents, NDAs, memoranda of understanding and a range of agreements from joint ventures to supply/service agreements. Manage processes, contractual requirements and document control and communication. Manage key risks to the company and conduct following due diligence Connect with relevant internal contacts and stakeholders to understand their contract/agreement requirementsResolve relevant legal matters related to contracts and agreement disputes independently Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure all understanding of all contracts and avoid misunderstanding and miscommuncation Support the General Counsel with Corporate administration and secretarial requirements Assist General Counsel with governance mattersProfileLaw degree with common law qualification 3-6 years PQE in commercial law practice Established experience with negotiating and structuring effective agreements and contractsAbility to comprehend and interpret legal documents Ability to advise and guide management teams on legal issues and manage risk and regulatory complianceStrong commercial awareness and business acumen with experience in corporate environmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Exceptional organisational skillsJob OfferTax free competitive salary with benefit package.
