About the CompanyParsons, a leader in many diverse markets such as infrastructure, transportation, water, telecommunications, aviation, commercial, environmental, planning, industrial manufacturing, education, healthcare, life sciences and homeland security is currently looking for Contracts Managers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and OmanResponsibilities?Responsible to provide senior-level guidance to assigned personnel and ensures proficiency and timeliness of all contract administration functions in conjunction?Manages and supports completion of the entire tender process (pre-qualification, proposal preparation, tender evaluation, as well as contract negotiations and administration) by providing guidance and reviews of directs report work.?Provides leadership and support negotiations of the more difficult, complex or sensitive issues associated with tender awards?Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements?Review and maintain knowledge of terms and conditions of all contracts?Monitor and report on the progress of all civil engineering contracts?Provide proactive advice so as to minimize claim and delay?Flag issues that might result in delay or claim and advise the project managers on any risks that willaffect the overall timely delivery of the project or significant cost escalation or potential opportunities for cost reduction.?Provide contractual recommendations based on client?s agreement?Advise on contractual issue as they arise and provide appropriate contractual solutions
