Black & Grey HR is working with one of the leading businesses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Contract Executive to join our Procurement and Contracts department. This position entails overseeing all aspects of procurement, from tendering to contract management, within the construction industry.<br /><br />- Lead the tender process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and competitiveness in coordination with the Projects & Design team.<br />- Supervise pre-qualification processes of selected bidders and manage vendor databases.<br />- Review and prepare RFP packages, ITT documents, scope of work, and contract conditions with structured risk analysis.<br />- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of contract texts, attachments, and compliance with commercial and technical requirements.<br />- Achieve procurement schedules, critical milestones, and deliverables according to tender requirements.<br />- Review technical and commercial tender evaluations, coordinating with consultants.<br />- Lead PTC meetings, propose value engineering, and assist in tender negotiation activities as the Clients Representative.<br />- Prepare Award Recommendation Reports for management approvals.<br />- Prepare LOA and Contract Documents, including all required volumes and clarifications.<br />- Oversee contract management administration, including compliance, interpretation, and dispute resolution.<br />- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing progress reports and analysis on project activities.<br /><br />Requirements-˙Minimum of 7-10 years of procurement experience within the construction industry.<br />- Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering or equivalent<br />- Proficiency and fluency in English is a must; Arabic language skills are preferable.<br />- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, processes, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.<br />- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.<br />- ?Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits<br />
